- Impact | The Space
Making a Difference Across London Communities We are dedicated to empowering children and parents across London, more than 30,000 of whom have directly benefited from our wrap‑around services. We stand beside families fleeing domestic violence, offering an immediate and safe crisis point for some of the most vulnerable people in our communities. We have provided the equivalent of more than £3.6 million in donations, offering a wide range of essential items and support that we know makes a meaningful and lasting impact on families across London. The cost‑of‑living crisis is pushing more people into vulnerability, and we are committed to easing that strain. We provide nutritious and essential food support, helping families feel a little more secure and supported during an incredibly challenging time. We support families facing some of the toughest circumstances, including those experiencing homelessness, living in temporary accommodation, or fleeing domestic violence. We recognise how challenging this is, and we provide tailored interventions and dedicated parent support to help families feel safer, more stable, and more comfortable in their daily lives We have supported more than 20,000 families across London, going far beyond providing essentials. We act as a trusted service where people receive direct support, guidance, and long‑term interventions that help them move toward greater stability and wellbeing Our service users continue to return to us for ongoing support, and we’ve seen a significant rise in unique users over the past few years. This growth reflects both the increasing need across London and the trust families place in our long‑term, reliable support.
