Self Referral Form: CLICK HERE TO MAKE A SELF REFERRAL Our baby bank services are conveniently available to individuals throughout all London boroughs who are in need. Please remember to schedule an appointment at the nearest baby bank hub, located in Kensington and Chelsea, Brent, or Hammersmith and Fulham. If you are professional working with a family that needs support simply fill out our referral form. Agency R eferral Form: CLICK HERE TO MAKE AN AGENCY REFERRAL We will not pass on details unless we have a safeguarding concern. The only data we track is the number of items and what items we give out. We aim to respond to all queries and referrals within 48 hours.
